Q: How long does it takes to receive my product?

As soon as your payment is done, you'll receive your products within 2 to 4 working days (except for wellness products that need to be produced first).

Q: Do I have to register to make purchase by email, phone or website?

Yes. If you are a professional, you will also have access to our resellers prices.

Q: How long does it take if I order a wellness product (spas, hot tubs, Ofuros)?

Our wellness products are made on demand in our factory of Chiang Mai. The lead time for Ofuros is 15 days, while leadd time for hot tubs and spas is 35 to 55 days, depending on the type of product and number of features.

Q: How long does it take for a heat pump to heat a pool/spa?

The time it takes to heat a pool/spa with a heat pump depends on factors such as water volume, starting temperature, and desired temperature. Typically, it may take several hours to raise the water temperature by a few degrees, averagely 2 to 3 degrees per hour.

Q: Can a heat pump be used for both heating and cooling my pool/spa?

Yes, our full inverter heat pumps are equipped with a reverse-cycle feature that allows them to operate in both heating and cooling modes. This versatility provides year-round comfort by heating the water in colder months and cooling it during hot weather or for medical purposes.
