Phosphate Test Kit

– Can be used to test 20 times
– 2 testing bottles

Description

Phosphate Test Kit, Phosphate concentrations can be measured in less than 1 minute. To measure 0.1 ppm phosphate, you need 1 ml of Nophos per 1 m3 of pool water. For example, a 100 m3 pool containing 0.5 ppm phosphate (0.5 g/m3) has a total phosphate of 0.5 g/m3*100 m3, equal to 50 grams in this pool and must use 500 ml of Nophos to remove 50 grams of this phosphate. Water quality is essential for many industries and activities. Evaluating the quality of water and doing regular tests to check and maintain its quality. To ensure successful production and livelihood of plants and animals. The collected water samples are taken back to our laboratory for testing. For testing most of the chemicals required for water quality assessment.

Recommended Phosphate Values

  • For swimming pools and fountains, 0 ppm is recommended.
  • For pools and natural ponds, 0.05 – 0.1 ppm is recommended.

Phosphate is a derivative of the chemical phosphorus ion phosphate (PO4) 3 −
Phosphate or organophosphate is an inorganic chemical with a conjugated base that can form many different salts in organic chemistry: phosphate or organophosphate is an ester of phosphoric acid. Of various acid phosphate and phosphate, organic phosphate is important in biochemical and biogeochemistry (and therefore in the ecosystem) and inorganic phosphates are mined to obtain phosphorus for use in agriculture and industry. At high temperatures in the solid state, phosphate can be condensed to form pyrophosphates. Many phosphates are insoluble in water at standard temperature and pressure, but sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium, and ammonium phosphate are all soluble. Most other phosphates are slightly soluble or insoluble in water, and hydrogen and dihydrogen phosphate are generally slightly more soluble than their respective phosphates. In strongly acidic conditions, dihydrogen phosphate, H3 PO4, phosphorous acid is the primary form.

Phosphate Test Kit

Phosphates can enter your aquarium through tap water, fish waste and decaying organic matter such as uneaten food and dead algae. Excess phosphate produces unsightly algae and green water blooms and in saltwater excess phosphate can inhibit hard coral growth. The Phosphate Test Kit, tests phosphate levels from 0 to 10 ppm so you can easily monitor the condition of your aquarium water which may be used in freshwater and saltwater aquariums.
